Does Lolalu offer returns/exchanges?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase, we accept returns/exchanges for any items that are unworn and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and making sure they arrive to us within 30 days, so we recommend shipping with tracking information. We are not responsible for shipments lost in the mail that is being returned/exchanged.
