Shipping
Orders shipped to a US address ship super fast! Orders are filled in 1-2 business days and typically ship with USPS in about three business days. Domestic orders of 5 pairs or more may be shipped using UPS/Fedex ground depending on location and weight of the shipment. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information but can almost always expect your shipment to arrive within about seven days from placing your order (or sooner). If you have any questions on shipping times or need rush delivery just send us an email at info@lolalu.us and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Shipping Cost
Shipping to a US address starts at $3.50 per order and $0.50 for each additional pair. The order shipping cost is calculated by our website by product quantity. As such, if you are looking to purchase more than 1 pair, it is ideal to purchase them at one time to cover the initial shipping costs.
Reviews and Comments
If allowed by Lolalu, you may, as applicable, post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other material or information (collectively, “Content”), so long as the Content complies with our Community Guidelines and is not otherwise illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable.
If you do post or submit Content, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Lolalu a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Content throughout the world in any media. You also grant Lolalu and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such Content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Content that you submit; that the Content is accurate and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Lolalu for all claims resulting from Content you supply. Lolalu has the right but not the obligation to monitor, edit or remove any activity or Content. Lolalu takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Content posted by you or any third party and may not review posted Content.
Your Account
You may need your own Lolalu account to use certain Lolalu services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You shall immediately notify us of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your password or Lolalu account. We have no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of any such access or use of Lolalu Services. Lolalu does not sell products or services to children, but we do sell them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. Lolalu reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Disputes, Remedies & Applicable Law
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Lolalu products will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. You agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of California (without regard to principles of conflict of laws), will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Lolalu.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
You and Lolalu both agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration you and Lolalu each respectively waive any right to a jury trial. You and Lolalu also both agree that either of us may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
Modification & Severability
We reserve the right to make changes to our websites, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time and without notice to you. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
